The Pope is Anti-Torah. All biblical ethics derive from it, including the proscription of sexual deviancy. The Torah is an organic whole, a unity. You cannot remove a single one of its 613 specific commandments without doing violence to its moral perfection. Like a beautiful exquisite chain of gold; remove one of the links and the chain fails. The Pope must compromise with and even champion the emerging anti-G-d global order if he wants to remain a power broker. His move against Israel tells us that he is not growing anywhere. He has joined himself to an illigetimate entity that seeks to destroy Israel and murder the Jewish people. Obama and the European tyrants look on and approve. They will all fail. They will be destroyed at the appearing of the Messiah.

I agree! G-d’s word is immutable...the grass withers the flowers fade, the Word of God stands forever (Isaiah). What do you think of the Messiah verse in Daniel 9?

Yes, because commenting on the Satanic assault against God’s fundamental plan for human civilization would be sooooo beneath him.

Yikes! Even worse than when I was in college, and that was only 2001 when I graduated.

I have lost all faith in this pope. He ignores crucifixions of Christians, ignores as the US Supreme Court destroys the sanctity of matrimony, but is concerned about global warming? I suppose the sanctity of matrimony is of little concern in this socialist’s mind? What he ought to be doing is excommunicating each of the catholic justices who voted to pervert matrimony. And he ought to be speaking out against the renegades in the middle east who are slaughtering Christians en masse....

He is, however, supportive of European suicide via mass African and Middle East immigration.

He has spoken many times about our brethren who are under siege by ISIS.

Here is but one recent statement - "(Vatican Radio) Pope Francis on Monday expressed his hope that the international community does not look on, “silent and inactive”, in the face of the "unacceptable crime" of the persecution of Christians around the world."

There are many others, perhaps you just missed them.

This will no doubt come as a shock to you, but American constitutionality is totally irrelevant to Catholic teaching. The pope has no proper stake in US politics.

Never mind the Pope. The important question on this forum is, what did Donald Trump say?
