Republicans Are Going to Leave the Country and Set Themselves on Fire Due to SCOTUS
Huffington Post ^ | June 26, 2015 | Richard Zombeck

Things are about to get weird. After months of hearing from conservatives and fundamentalists about how they were going to secede, leave the country, or burn themselves in effigy over same-sex marriage, the day has arrived. The Supreme Court has rendered their decision in a 5-4 ruling that same-sex marriage is to be law of the land.

As a result of this ruling, same-sex couples have the constitutional right to marry, and states cannot take that right away from them. The decision requires all 50 states to recognize all legally performed marriages from all jurisdictions, and to extend marriage to same-sex couples. In short, the court's decision requires all states to treat marriages of same-sex couples exactly as they treat marriages of different-sex couples.

Mock on, mock on, Voltaire, Rousseau;

Mock on, mock on; 'tis all in vain!

You throw the sand against the wind,

And the wind blows it back again.

And every sand becomes a gem

Reflected in the beams divine;

Blown back they blind the mocking eye,

But still in Israel's paths they shine.

The Atoms of Democritus

And Newton's Particles of Light

Are sands upon the Red Sea shore,

Where Israel's tents do shine so bright. - William Blake

Liberals will do well to remember that though hand join in hand the wicked will not go unpunished (Proverbs 16:25).

Leave the country? Ha! I’m too much looking forward to the day I get the satisfaction of feeling beneath my fingernails the warm blood of the scumbags who turned my country into such a deviant sewer!

How about the White House, we definitely need to take it back.

Then on to SCOTUS.

Yeah. On the few occasions they lose, the headline reads “A bitterly divided Supreme Court..” A 5-4 win for them is irrevocable, written in stone, and proof of their righteousness.

Lots of fairly free, very nice places where you can live like a king for 25 thousand a year. Lots. You’ll be hearing more about them.

And in these places, with the internet, you can still fight the fight to save this Republic as well.

Look for a boom in this dynamic now. Look for that boom to reach turbo if Hillary wins in 2016.

Nice poem. I think, though, that I’m sticking around. If I set myself on fire, it’ll probably be on the Fourth of July, with illegal fireworks because what the hell, everything else I’m about is being made illegal anyway.

We might start by seceding from Huffington. If conservatives can’t even manage that simple thing. then...

No, but there will be a cultural backlash that is far bigger than Roe V Wade.
Especially when you see things like;
* churches shut down the way bakeries were, for not serving homosexuals
* Christian counseling services barred from helping kids with same sex attraction after molestation and religious people who want to remain faithful to partners despite homosexual attraction
* religious schools losing non-profit status because they teach traditional marriage, from pre-school to college
* religious freedom protection acts in states challenged, so that even states that let you decline to make a cake or banner contrary to your personal views or faith, that right of association is lost
* infiltration of social groups to look for any hint of dissent, and shutting them down in some jurisdictions

Oh? Hadn't heard any of that.

Huffington Post isn't making things up, is it?

Great point.

Same with their election frauds.

They demand re-counts until they win. Then the re-counts stop.

However, Justice Roberts proved he was compromised, when he wrote the majority opinions both for and against Obamcare.
The ruling is not valid, and it should not be obeyed.

"Things are about to get weird."

About to get weird? This is just a stair step into the pit of the morally decadent lunacy that is the leftist agenda of decline and destruction. "Weird" has been with us since the 60's, and has greased the slide into the morass of madness, as we obviously can see now. Is there time to somehow put on the brakes before we hit bottom? I wonder.
