Yeah, a lot like that. Lot of places in Asia.
The big area now seems to be Central America (ironic aint it?)
Costa Rica has been the hot spot for 25 years. Panama strong now. Nicaragua coming on.. as are certain hot spots in Mexico. Also Ecuador, Colombia. Some other areas too...that’s off top of my head.
