The conservative position has always been against promiscuity but not against unwed mothers. It is not a sin to have a baby and mommy did not do it by herself.

What Bristol did to get pregnant is probably something most critics on this thread have done. That makes them hypocrites. How is that conservative?
I am not saying promiscuity should be embraced as moral. But Bristol is not asking for that either. It is done. Over. Now there is a baby to consider. Take a break. If scorn is what you must give, give it to the dad for a change.

Well we don't know who the Dad is and I have heard that he left because he found out that she was pregnant with another guy's baby. So until I find out for sure, I won't bash him. This is her second “oops”....she is a mess. Sorry but that is the truth. She runs around the country yelling keep your legs closed but she is the one running around the neighborhood screwing anyone who is available. Why would you stick up to that behavior? I know you're not liberal but in this case, you have the emotions of a liberals.

How many of them have posted the news on social media? How many of them have made a living off of promoting abstinence? This is what she is being criticized for.
The criticism is the result of her own actions. The smart thing for her to have done is to keep her mouth shut and stay out of the public limelight.
