According to a Tuesday article in the Moscow Times, a spokesman for Russia’s Investigative Committee named Vladimir Markin suggested that an international investigation be mounted into some of the “various murky details surrounding the U.S. moon landings between 1969 and 1972.”
Markin would particularly like to know some of the missing moon rocks went to and why the original footage of the Apollo 11 moon landing was erased.
Markin hastened to add that he is, of course, not suggesting that NASA faked the moon landings and just filmed the events in a studio...

Which would mean all we'd have to do, instead of NASA spending a billion dollars to develop the new SLS heavy lifter for the Orion moon capsule, is just send some people out to John F. Kennedy Space Center, Johnson Space Center in Houston and the United States Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama to MEASURE the Saturn 5 rocket engines on display there and simply reproduce them - right?
After all, we KNOW they work, and it's MUCH cheaper to reproduce them than to invent something completely new that just serves to duplicate the same function. And they're sitting right there, waiting to be used!

At this point I’m hoping the Russians beat us to Mars just so I don’t have to watch some Affirmative Action token of some sort be the first person on that rock.

That's what's been discussed. What hasn't been provided, is adequate empirical evidence that we went. Too many things don't add up, too much malice and contempt and abuse is dished out instead of examination, reply, rebuttal and respect.
The President of the United States has declared NASA to be a Muslim outreach program. Hillary is running on pure corruption AS corruption. We've got GOPe candidates telling us that they are strong Republicans who want the Mexican Border wide open. We have major government representatives nodding their heads that men can be women, and whites can be blacks if they feel like it.
But when it comes to the moon, the entirety of the government and media complex told the truth so purely that rays of light beamed down from heaven, and discrepencies in their stories are merely worthy of contempt.
And though the moon could have provided massive economic and techonolgy and employment development, we never went back in a half-century because... you know why? I'll tell you why. Because asking that question isn't American, you heretic. So shut up.
