The secretive, hugely impacting Obamatrade deal is another behind-closed-doors fast-tracked D.C. deal that screams "don't pass it 'til we know what's in it!" Yet politicians are going along to get along, supporting Obama's pet project while ignoring the public's right to know what's in this monumental international trade deal. This, despite the President's track record proving he hasn't got it in him to put American workers first.

If Congress hands this secretive deal to Obama on a silver platter, admitting to not even reading it first, then shame on us for letting another one slide. This is fast-tracked, friends. Like Obamacare, when we sounded warning bells but too many were too busy to pressure their employees (your elected politicians) to do the right thing and learn it first. Since when is Congress able to halt any bullying administration's fast-track deals? They never have before. Didn't we learn last time?

Maybe there are some merits to this trade deal. Maybe.

But, I am just against any comprehensive or long winded 2000 page bills, which nobody has ready, which nobody understands, being force fed through Congress. I don’t like being told we have to pass a bill to see what’s in it. I don’t like being told there is some hard deadline and we need to take action now. We have survived this long without a trade deal and can survive a bit longer if needed.

These are the same people who have been studying the Keystone pipeline for six years. And who claim there is no need and no desire to make any quick decision there.

We have not power over this. Our masters and handlers — our oppressors — will do what they will. By grooming an uninformed and immoral electorate, they insured that the voters are too stupid, selfish, and apathetic to follow what they are doing let alone fight it. Those of us who are moral, informed and consequently know what they are doing, are too small in number to fight them anymore.

lol.

And I was looking for breaking news and one original thought that FR hadn’t already digested or already taken action. Maybe a report that she herself has called her representatives, rather than blame us for being “too busy to pressure their employees (your elected representatives) to do the right thing.”

Better to have “DEMANDED” we call our representatives pronto.

A legislature that passes bills which are hidden from everyone in a secret room, should be disbanded at best, thrown out. This is not legislation but a filthy scam; at worst this is treason. It was treason the first time they created this mockery of a process, with ACA (0bamaCare).

I am very confident that if this _law_ passes, especially using this complete abrogation of the legislative power, USA is gone; done; been there, did that (for a while).

Seems to me that we were force fed a crap sandwich about four+ years ago that nobody read, and we all know how that has turned out.
Then, we are thrown into the lions den with an agreement with our terrorist sponsoring friend that will give them weapons that we went to war against their neighbors to prevent.
Now, here it is again, a treaty that could strip America of its sovereignty and what little is left of our economic independence.
I guess it is time to declare independence again. Lock and load!

Whoever thought Sarah Palin and Barbara Boxer would be on the same side of any issue?

And they're both right.

"Shame on us" is hardly an adequate response. Blow up the GOP & start over. It's a thoroughly useless party. Exactly how many more examples are needed?

I’m a strong Cruz supporter but this TPA/TPP has me VERY concerned that Cruz has acquiesced to Comrade obamatollah’s anti-American tactics.

Say it ain,t so Joe....uhh, Ted.

I gotta trust Sessions more on this issue than Ted.

And if amnesty/immigration & climate control redistribution will be controlled by foreign nations, then America is lost forever.

Approve TPA.

Then vote against anything Obama proposes because we already know it doesn’t have America’s interest first. At that point it is an up or down vote by congress and there are too many conservatives that will vote it down as well as liberals with Union ties who do not want this.

Rude? Perhaps Benjamin Franklin, Samuel Adams, Thomas Jefferson, were rude too. We need more “rude” patriots and fewer sycophants who go along with big government RINOs.

Totally agree with you, then we’ll have TPA in the tool box when we hopefully get a conservative president.
