I had a encounter with a doppleganger years ago in New york city. I grew up there and one day I was driving in Manhattan and came to a stop light and saw my brother crossing the street maybe 10 feet away, and I started calling his name and he looked at me like I was crazy. He looked JUST like him and I kept saying “George George, where are you going?” The light turned green and I couldn’t get out of the car being that it was Manhattan all the other cars would go crazy and blow their horn so I drove off thinking he was ticked off at me. So later on I called him up, IT WASN’T HIM!!! Not only wasn’t it him, it seems one of his friends encountered this guy as well and thought the same thing. I’m his brother and he fooled even me, it was so crazy, he looked JUST like him, the guy must have thought I was a freakin nut. Good thing I didn’t get out of the car and confront him!

I met someone who could have been my grandfather’s twin. The guy was living in the town where my grandfather’s ancestors had come from so the gene force was strong.

A few months ago I saw my daughter's doppelganger at a local vet clinic. I was sure it was her and I called her name. It was the strangest thing I have ever seen. Same face, same hair cut and color, wearing exercise clothes like she does. Finally I realized that the young woman was a little taller than my daughter. That broke the spell.
