When a woman set out to find people who looked just like her, she wasn’t sure how long it would take to find someone.
In April, Niamh Geaney met up with her real-life doppelganger after launching a website to help people connect to their “twin strangers.”
Karen Branigan, Geaney’s first “twin stranger,” lived only a few miles away from her in Ireland.
However, Geaney says she has found another woman who can pass as her sister.
Luisa Guizzardi lives in Italy, so Geaney traveled across Europe to meet her in person.
However, many of the commenters dont’ think Geaney and Luisa look alike.

I had a encounter with a doppleganger years ago in New york city. I grew up there and one day I was driving in Manhattan and came to a stop light and saw my brother crossing the street maybe 10 feet away, and I started calling his name and he looked at me like I was crazy. He looked JUST like him and I kept saying “George George, where are you going?” The light turned green and I couldn’t get out of the car being that it was Manhattan all the other cars would go crazy and blow their horn so I drove off thinking he was ticked off at me. So later on I called him up, IT WASN’T HIM!!! Not only wasn’t it him, it seems one of his friends encountered this guy as well and thought the same thing. I’m his brother and he fooled even me, it was so crazy, he looked JUST like him, the guy must have thought I was a freakin nut. Good thing I didn’t get out of the car and confront him!

Holy smoke, are you kidding me? That is two completely different guys? And incredibly they have the SAME name? That is bizarre as hell.
Apparently, you haven’t been in Manhattan much.
I met someone who could have been my grandfather’s twin. The guy was living in the town where my grandfather’s ancestors had come from so the gene force was strong.
Really that happens a lot? I guess so with 8 million people floating around there. It was bizarre as hell though
