They did not need to take action. There is a stipulation in Arkansas law regarding FOIA requests that arrest records or police reports of juvenile are excepted under those requests. Those releasing the records claim that the redaction of names means it did not violate the law but others point out that there was enough identifying information that redaction did not conceal the identity of the juvenile victims or perpetrator.
The names were redacted.
But the redaction of the names, does not redact the fact that Josh molested four of of his sisters.
