FULL TITLE: New Duggar police report reveals Josh confessed THREE times to his father that he had molested girls in the home - and Jim Bob and Michelle could have faced prison for the cover up
An explosive new police report has been released that further details the sexual molestation of minors by Josh Duggar.
The report, obtained by InTouch, reveals that Josh told his father Jim Bob on multiple occasions that he had assaulted minors, once going from one girl to the next while they were asleep.
What's more, one of these girls was only five-years-old when Josh, 15, molested her, according to the report.

The new report makes it clear that Josh told his father at least three times that he had been molesting young girls, and despite this Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar waited 16 months until they spoke to anyone about what was happening, and even then it was not in any official capacity.

True it is outrageous, but it also may be the case.
There were “outrageous” rumors swirling about Josh long before this release. They turned out to be true.
“Josh was old enough he should have been sent away to a boys camp, the kind with barbed wire fencing around it.”
Darn right. I think mom and dad knew this that is why they said in Megan’s interview the other night “we were protecting Josh”. Yea they were protecting the predator.

I suspect someone did. If not one of parents, another relative.
If the Duggars wanted the records sealed by a judge, all they would have had to do was go to the District Attorney, and tell him everything they knew about Josh’s fondling of his sisters. And then go into a court and testify all they knew to a judge and ask that the records be sealed.
But the Duggars took no action to seal the records.

What I thought was more shocking at the time was that Jessa seemed used to that behavior from her parents.
Nothing new in this article. Parents talk about this with Megan Kelly.
They did not need to take action. There is a stipulation in Arkansas law regarding FOIA requests that arrest records or police reports of juvenile are excepted under those requests. Those releasing the records claim that the redaction of names means it did not violate the law but others point out that there was enough identifying information that redaction did not conceal the identity of the juvenile victims or perpetrator.
IMO there is something really off about a 14 or 15yo confessing to this sort of thing multiple times.
If he knew it to be so wrong at the first confession—after 5 incidents, no less!—he was dealing with some sort of serious compulsion, which I could understand people wondering if, indeed, has him both lacking control and unhealthily attracted to children and young adolescents into adulthood.
But I really doubt this repeated sequence of events. More likely IMO the girls reported it at various times, and the family story was made less malign by having Josh himself report it the multiple times.
But this is not simple case of 4 or 5yos playing doctor together. This is another whole different animal—whatever exactly it is.

The names were redacted.
But the redaction of the names, does not redact the fact that Josh molested four of of his sisters.
It wouldn’t have been so easy to figure out if they didn’t have a TV show.
I'm still waiting for a link to a liberal publication that praised Lena Dunham for molesting her baby sister.
The liberal media condemned her at the time for it as well as the conservative.

Not seeing where and where the new police report comes from.
The police record was expunged too fast for there not to have a previous seal or expungement order, IMHO.
Having just actually read the document in this story, it clearly contradicts the Duggars’ explanation to Kelly as to how they happened to “report” this to a cop who didn’t take the required action and who was subsequently sent to prison on child porn charges.
To Kelly James simply described that particular cop as just someone who was there in the station when he took Josh in. James sounded uncomfortable and like he was lying when he offered that explanation, and indeed this report says this was someone he knew because he used to be a car dealer (doesn’t he just ooze that!) and this cop used to come inspect the cars. (So, I guess he was a used car dealer, for whom favorable inspections certainly must have been valuable.)
In that light, James’s explanation to Kelly sounds something like Obama explaining that Bill Ayers was just a history professor who lived in his neighborhood.
