I just heard an ad that I thought was a joke, it was Joe Biden selling Super Beta Prostrate on the Radio? Did I hear correctly?

I heard it once before and thought it was a joke. This time I listened carefully and there was no punch line. Can any public elected official flog a product while in office. It cannot be true, can it?

I looked online and could not find the ad.
