The prevention of bullying is used by the left to justify all manner of additions to curricula and special programs in the schools. Of course, it is really only an excuse, or an entre into the schools so they can spread their leftist propaganda.
There is a simple bullying policy that covers everyone and every situation: No one will be allowed to bully any student of any description for any reason, and if bullying does happen, the bully will be dealt with strictly and even turned over to law enforcement if illegal assault has taken place.
It's incredible how the left is allowed to introduce such lunacy and confusion into even our K-12 schools.

The Demokratic Socialist Workers Paradise & People’s Republik of Fairfax is eaten with leftists who fled Maryland & D.C. after they destroyed them; swarms of illegal aliens; mountains of federal, state, & local govt. employees drawing lavish taxpayer-funded salaries, benefits, & pensions; and public sector unions so vile & corrupt they make the Teamsters look like The Little Sisters of the Poor. This one county accounts for why Virginia has gone blue. No surprise the Fairfax County Public Schools are teaching sexual perversion, immorality, filth, and anarchy.
And I say this as a native son & former resident of Fairfax, and a graduate of its middle & high school systems, where in 8th grade I was bused to a predominantly black school, filled with you 16 & 17 y/o utes sporting beards & criminal records. (Playing flag football during PE was an adventure — “Mind if we dance wif yo’ dates?!”) A saving grace was the Virginia history textbook that devoted seven chapters to the Civil War, the last of which was titled The Enemy Closes In. Days long past.

If we would only increase the budgets of government schools they would be able to teach math, science, English, history, etc. Just not enough money, teachers underpaid.
I think you just nailed it. Liberals are focused on “perfecting” the equality of the physical. Until and unless they convert us all into giant ameba, it is not gonna happen. Liberalism is focused on a Godless, soulless, quality that demands in fact that you as an individual be ultimately extinguished. In their eyes, everyone is interchangeable.

With regards to what Prager said, I agree, and especially moreso the drain on society that has happened over the result of illegitimately born and raised children. At this point, out society is so heavily burdened, even in the government budgets, by welfare payments, that the plans from the future are pretty much sunk in our government.
