The most important quality in a mate is: SANITY. Everything else pails in comparison.

Suppose you start dating a girl who is a “10”. However, if she is mentally unstable, after a while she will seem very unappealing, even unattractive. Likewise “ugly” girls with good personalities can become more attractive over time.

While intelligence IS correlated with sanity, one is no guarantee of the other.
