Highways are deadly...and who uses a seat belt in a taxi? Although it’s probably a good idea to use one, particularly on a highway.
Cortisone was different. He was a pompous ass who treated his subjects like crap - including forcing them to all wear seat belts. I still wish he would have set a better example of the risk of not wearing a seat belt...
That was all Corzine’s fault. It may have been the Parkway, I don’t remember.
