No, he wasn’t. And no, he didn’t. While it’s possible (but has never been actually been anything but a claim) that some joker jumped ship from the FSA faction he was pictured with, McCain did not demand money for ISIS, nor is ISIS the FSA.
It’s a commonplace lie around FR, and generally pushed by Paultards. Randtard himself made allegations about McCain while being interviewed in a friendly environment, The Daily Beast.

Since you’re not stating the truth about what Mccain did there, I’m not inclined to believe your tardation status.
