I thought there were no police reports. I thought this was all covered up.

And again, I ask, why are they reporting someone’s juvenile record?

Nothing was sealed because it didn’t go to court. A family friend did what he could to curtail the investigation so that he got a slap on the wrist.

Why anyone has access to this, I don’t know.

It never went to court. Apparently AR Law allows reports of sexual assaults to be given out via FOIA with names/addresses/phone numbers redacted. In this case, they redacted the names of the girls and Josh, but how hard was it to figure out the names of his sisters. There were 5 girls at that time. He molested four of them and a fifth non/family member (immediate family).
