Nothing was sealed because it didn’t go to court. A family friend did what he could to curtail the investigation so that he got a slap on the wrist.
Why anyone has access to this, I don’t know.

In Arkansas, the state FOIA makes all public records freely available unless one petitions to have a record sealed.
These documents were requested FOIA, and were redacted as per law.
