I am new, however, have been monitering this site and others regarding WACO. None of the pressers, blogs, news sites that I have found discuss the status of the arrested MotorCyclists. Are they all still in WACO? Have they attorneys? Have family access to them?
Who are the LE's interviewing them, etc. Is it the local LEs or BATFE, FBI, or another federal agency, including military.
Many will not give up their Miranda rights on advice of counsel
This is an ongoing investigation the size and scope of which is even greater than Trayvon, Ferguson and Baltimore.
And as those concerns took months to investigate and allow the truth to be told, we know the deaths of 9 people at the hands of local cops will also take months.
That being true - it still won’t stop the knee-jerkers who “know”
1. The gang banging bikers had it coming
or
2. The murdering pigs ambushed those innocent civilians.
If the LEOs wanted us to know, they’d tell us.
Right now it just looks like they’re engaging in a major cover-up until they figure out what to do with the extra 100 or so citizens they’ve arrested on false or trumped-up charges.
Just my opinion....
Welcome to FR
I can’t speak for anyone else on FR, but honestly....who cares what happens or doesn’t happen to a bunch of motorcycle hoodlums? Most are outlaws of some sort, perhaps there were some weekend warriors in there-—but I don’t imagine those types carry chains and brass knuckles and don’t get involved in gang shootouts. Unless I am invoking “Hells’ Angels Privilege” to which I readily confess.
Just another symptom/glimpse into America’s increasingly pagan culture. Even pagans can have a sense of justice and injustice, as exemplified in Plato and Confucius.
” am new, however, have been monitering this site and others regarding WACO. None of the pressers, blogs, news sites that I have found discuss the status of the arrested MotorCyclist”
Then you know that no information has been released, so why come here to ask ?

The reason conservatives care about “what happens...to a bunch of motorcycle hoodlums” is that if they can just mow down and murder hoodlums in the street sans trial, they can do the same thing to you.
That is why.
I’ll worry about that very seriously next time I’m engaged in a 100+ person drunken gangfight with guns or perhaps burning down stores in my town.
I’m sure the biker gangs, Bandidos and Cossacks can buy the best legal advice their ill gotten drug money, pimping, stolen goods, human trafficking, extortion can buy...
Thank you for the responses and welcome. It sounds as though a high percent of those arrested are Christian, Veteran, and/or Independents; ordinary citizens, like many on these forums like any of us.
The lives, livelihoods, and futures of these fellow Americans- and they are fellow Americans — are being destroyed or negatively affected by the WPD overstepping the Constitutional and legal rights of a group of people, and justifying their targeting of this group of Americans by capitalizing on the negative image motorcycle enthusiasts have in general.
The first presser with Sgt. Swanton coyly avoiding naming the motorcycle clubs outside of the Banditos, Cossacks, and Scimitars on that grounds that he did not want to give the other clubs publicity struck a wrong chord because, quite frankly, those motorcycle clubs are in the know, and just Joe Public is kept ignorant.
Furthermore, the contents of subsequent pressers has served to increase my concerns for the motivation of the Waco LEs and the federal agencies involved and the treatment those arrested are receiving.
Welcome aboard, mozart. You sound articulate and sensible. Too bad we don’t have more Freepers with those fine qualities.
This event is very troubling in light of the current political environment, and current events unfolding.
Free Republic is close to “home” ; the give and take is provocative and exciting.
Amen!!!
History does not lie.
Thank you, happy to be here!
This DA says those that say they are “victims” should act like “victims”.
