Obama is still in office because the Secret Service believes (correctly) that for him to stay in office for the remaining 19 months will do serious harm to America as a free country, but less harm than an extra-legal removal of the communist traitor would do.
Obama is still in office because Democrats in the House and in the Senate believe (correctly) that they would score more political points by backing the traitor than they would score by doing their jobs properly and voting to impeach and convict a man who has done more damage to our country than all other enemies in our history combined.

Obama is still in office because enough Americans voted to live as thieves and parasites to put the 2008 and 2012 elections within the margin of fraud. That is the most frightening problem with Obama holding power over our freedom. Those same voters will still be there and voting, even if we survive the current threat to America’s survival.
