First lady Michelle Obama put literally everyone else to shame with a new video of her working out in the White House gym as part of the Let's Move "#GimmeFive" campaign.
Obama lifts 35 lb. weights -- 35 lb. weights!! -- on an incline in the video. She also demonstrates plyometric movements with jump squats, boxes and does ab work with a medicine ball. Seriously. We got tired just watching her.
It's safe to say Obama is the queen of fitness. Bow down, y'all.

Agreed. Although, I hate to even say it but if anyone thinks Obama is just gonna disappear after he completes his desecration of OUR house I’m afraid that’s not gonna happen. IMO he’s gonna get a cushy job at the UN where he can continue to peck and chip away at our United States.....just my 2 cent.

I am in tip top physical condition. I only exercise 10 minutes per day. I do a set of 20 functional and therapeutic exercises I call the “Essential 20.”
I invented a tool called a MobilityBar that facilitates performance of the Essential 20. Each exercise is timed at 30 seconds. So my entire daily “workout” takes exactly 10 minutes.
Moo-Chell along with millions of other people are misinformed about how to be physically fit.
She is utterly repulsive to me...she disgusts me as much as her husband does.
