It’s the world we live in Shimmer. Right has become wrong and wrong Right. Doctors don’t know about the drugs they prescribe other than what the sales rep tells them. And since they work for the drug company they are not about to expose their drug causes all kinds of horrid other illnesses that can kill you or put you on the Pill Merry Go Round. Even a single pill can cause irreparable harm. I have a hard time getting the doctor any doctor to check the script they write against the Synthroid I must take. So many drugs are not compatible with it. It is the first question I have to ask. And 9 out of 10 times they don’t know and their phone doesn’t give them the answer.

You have to be the your own advocate or for you Loved One. I never leave the hospital when my husband is in. Nor did I when my boys were in, except to go get a meal. You rush through it so there is less chance of a medical error being made. They killed my grandfather with their ‘error’, but back then you could not prove it and my grandmother was illiterate. Most of my relatives back then had less than a 6th grade education.

The Medical profession is now about MONEY. Our paper yesterday had an article on LAB mistakes.
