The eye would be subjected to the same forces as everything else in or near the black hole. So we have to do a lot of imagining here. Imagine that the eye is not torn apart by the forces. Imagine that it’s intact.

So Black Holes actually become smaller and smaller until they cannot sustain any more stuff being stuffed into them and then they explode into new universes that rush away from their centers, where the Black Hole used to be.
That sounds like the way yard sales work to me.

I dislike the term "black hole". It is not accurate and it is wholly undescriptive of the phenomenon.
All the sci-fi type speculation that what goes 'into' a black hole exits into another galaxy or universe is quite amusing.
