Things are heating up again in Baltimore and it looks like the police are taking the brunt of it. On MSNBC a copter camera caught a policeman being carried away after being injured in an altercation with protesters who were previously throwing rocks and bottles at police.

The cops in Baltimore know their Mayor has approved the destruction here. They know they can’t defend themselves. They know the National Guard will not be called in to quell the natives from rioting/looting.
Why don’t they take a clue from the NYPD after the two cops were shot there and go hide somewhere safe in their cars and refuse to venture into the fray?
Damn shame they cannot spray these thugs with lead. That would take care of a lot of these problems.
That’s exactly what I would do were I foolish enough to be a police officer in a large metropolitan area; refuse to put my life on the line for a city that was not only unappreciative of the sacrifices I was making, but was actually working with the criminal underclass to undermine my safety! Get OUT of the big cities while you still can, freepers!
I’m hopeful that whoever the Republican nominee (Cruz - fingers crossed) is for President will point to this crap as Nixon pointed to it in 1968. It was a landslide win for Nixon, and I think we are seeing the same type of situations playing out until 2016.

Note to tourists: Avoid Baltimore like the plague. You and your family’s lives and safety aren’t worth it. It isn’t “Charm City”.
It once was. Ironically, it all changed with those other riots.
