Just hire actors and paint them up like they did in the old days of movies. They never hired a native, just tarted them up to look like them. Those old Tarzan movies are a good example.

Could be a case of "victim envy" going on here.
Now that the Washington Redskins controversy is off the front page, it's back to the alternating news cycle:
Monday: gay gay gay gay gay gay gay
Tuesday: black black black black black black black
Wednesday: gay gay gay gay gay gay gay
Thursday: black black black black black black black
... repeat ad nauseum ...
Could be that it just the "native" Americans feeling left out ... not getting their fair share of "victim face time".

His movies are unwatchable. He does have some chemistry when paired with the Barrymore girl but I never stay through til the end.

Indians ALWAYS urinated outdoors, and sh!t there, as well. We did, too. And still do, if the need arises and there is no alternative.
I have a large backyard, and when I’m working back there and the bladder starts to swell and I’m out of time...well, hell: that’s what bushes are for.
I’m 64, and guys my age know that when nature calls, at our age time is not a luxury.

It sounds as if Sandler took the script to Blazing Saddles and had a team of ten-year-olds rewrite it.

Those wise loving stewards of the earth? People should take AMTRAK from Seattle to Chicago. It passes through miles of reservations. You should see the trashed houses and cars and just junk tossed out along the roads and track area. Stewards my aunt Maud.

If I were Sandler I would hire some of the whitest Jews I could find to play the indian roles as a bunch of casino owning drunks. If the goal is to make the Natives restless, they should hire mexicans to play them.

His movies are unwatchable.I agree, with the single exception of The Waterboy. I loved the scene with the grilled baby gators.

If the goal is to make the Natives restless, they should hire mexicans to play them. Then we'll have to hire Asians to play Mexicans.
Then, to prove our HR's not racist, well have to get some black actors to play the Asians... in fact, they should be good old Cajun Louisiana boys.

When he was starting out he could be OK with his moron bit.
At some point he started writing ego-trip roles for himself and trying to get laughs from filth and stupid stereotype characters around him.
Hey, it’s Rob Snyder, what kind of crazy mixed race character will he be this time?

Adam should have known that applying his sophomoric humor to Indians (sorry, Native Americans) is verboten. They can only be portrayed as Wise, Peace-Loving Stewards of the Earth and Friends to the Animals. I miss the Heckawi and their shady deals.

They should hire this guy for a few cameos.
Why pretend to be doing something different. He's just doing it again.

What did they expect from an Adam Sandler movie? He is not known for high brow acting. Personally, I can’t stand Adam Sandler.
To: Organic Panic
Look at the bright side. I think it’s safe to assume we finally found the people who wanted the Washington Redskins to change their name
