Hi y'all,
I figured I'd post this here, because of the wealth of freeper knowledge out there. I figure someone will have some input.
I bought a used Gold Wing some time ago. It came with the two mounts shown below (the chapstick is for scale). I've done some searching, for the kind of mount you'd attach to these so you could attach a camera, but I must be using the wrong terminology or something, as I've been unable to really find anything that is appropriate.
Does anyone out there have any recommendations. I have a small video camera, and a small point/shoot that I'd like to set up on these for long rides.
You can also adjust/mount your camera on your helmet so the helmet isn’t visible:

A gopro is a lot tougher than any other consumer camera.
Spktyr,
That’s exactly the type of info I was interested in. The ball seems to be about 1/2”, so it’s probably the 17mm type. Knowing the actual size will help for searching.
Thanks!
Why yes. Yes you do.
Thanks for all who replied. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for using your suggestions.
I generally prefer unfaired or quarter-faired bikes, not full on faired sportbikes as pictures. :D

There are actually GoPro competitors on the market now that offer superior durability and toughness in one or more areas.
Those are beauties Spktyr. I’ve see a few of your ride-along videos. Very cool.
