Disgraced Utah teacher pleads guilty to sex with three teenage boys, avoids 11 other felony counts (VIDEO)

A Utah teacher, whose string of sexual exploits with underage students were a "running joke" at Davis High School, pleaded guilty to sex with three boys in Davis County court.
Brianne Altice, 35, accepted a plea deal to admit to three counts of second-degree felony forcible sexual abuse on Wednesday in exchange for prosecutors dismissing 11 other counts, The Salt Lake Tribune reported.
Altice could have been subject to four separate trials had she not agreed to the deal.

Forcible? Sexual abuse? On 16 and 17 year olds? Yes, and winning the lottery is "financial abuse". Why am I getting the stink of money here? She is being thrown down the river solely so the parents of the "poor abused boys" can cash in. Little Johnny can join the Marines at 17 but if he has sex with a woman over 18 then *gasp* she has committed "felony forcible sexual abuse".
It’s like they all belong to the same sorority and that at least one of its chapters is dedicated to “molesting” teenaged boys.
Another case of an attractive female teacher recieving a lesser sentence for the same crime a male teacher would get. Hypocracy

Yeah but what they are charging her with is completely and utterly over the top. 45 years in jail? When I was that age all I thought about was sex every waking minute, having sex was like winning the lottery to me back then, and there no way in hell anyone will ever convince me in a million years any 16 or 17 year old male is a “victim” when he has sex, no way. She didn’t “force” them to have sex, she didn’t tie them down or drug them, it was totally consensual and like all male teens they went and bragged about it and of course then the parents hear about it and the dollar signs start flashing. She should have been fired for unprofessional conduct and lost her teachers license and that is it but thanks to feminists who demand women be treated the same as men she is probably going to do a lot of jail time.
Children can’t consent. Why wasn’t she going after men? Oh yeah because she’s a predator who likes to abuse children.
In reality, she is abusing her position of authority...
Just because she is using sex to do it...doesn’t make it right...
The boys may not see it as a problem (at least at the moment)...but where do you draw the line...?

A 16 or 17 year old is not a child except by legal definition , yet we allow them to operate, drive and make critical decisions behind the wheel of a car. Granted, this lady is 35 and is mentally ill if she needs to have sex with young men, but, a 40 year something prison sentence is not the answer either.

As a former 16 or 17 year old boy, I agree with you.
But the fact is, this is 2015. Any teacher anywhere who isn’t completely aware of the consequences of such behavior in this day and age is too stupid to live.
I enlisted at 17, just two or three days shy of 18, so I could do three years active rather than four in the Navy. My father signed my enlistment agreement. I didn’t know I was a child being forcibly taken advantage of.
Uncle Sam can screw anybody, anywhere, anytime.
And never face charges.
These days (with falling birth rates) it is really hard to get a job as a teacher. Why do these school boards keep hiring these losers?

Older woman having sex with a young boy = COUGAR.
Older man having sex with a young girl = PEDOPHILE.
