I believe that while Bangladesh is majority islam, it is islam ‘lite’. Remember, India protected Bangladesh (then East Pakistan aka East Bengal) in 1971 and India and Bangladesh trade a lot. Bangladesh has few radical muzzies, unlike Pakistan, so Bangladeshis look up to America.

Jordan receives $1.1B a year from the United States in aid; #6 in total assistance.
Russia receives $449M a year from the United States in aid; #13 in total assistance.
Palestine territories receive $457M a year from the United States in aid; #11 in total assistance.
Pakistan receives $1.2B a year from the United States in aid; #5 in total assistance.

Almost all of that money goes to the ruling class, while the regular people are kept in poverty and told from birth that it’s all Israel’s fault.
And of course most of the ones that hate us we’ll keep giving foreign aid to.
I agree with the number one favorable choice. I get nothing but love and respect all the time, especially when you treat them the same way. Most of them want to go to America anyway, so naturally, they view the U.S. favorably.
