Probably pretty limited gui because of the size. Maybe future versions will come with a holographic interface. Will it have the old style phone keypad for text entry? I used to have a watch with a keyboard and calculator.

Looks like they still make them.

I had one of those in gold about thirty years ago. It was pretty much unusable. I had to carry a stylus in my pocket or use a pen tip to enter anything on it. My error rate was quite high.

Lol. Me too. But in a pinch, it could figure the tip or calculate your mileage. :)
