And if this latest ruling would have gone against her, would had have already developed a plan to go dark, and stay hidden for the rest of her life here???

To do that you have to be someone the government does not really want to deal with...But in this case, she’s a cute white girl, and the government just cannot ignore that...

Does she get to sue the Italian justice system for compensation for wrongful imprisonment now?

Those years she was imprisoned can never be replaced. But I hope she does get something meaningful... if Italy allows for some sort of compensatory justice.

I don’t care one whit about news media hyped crime cases. They are pure distractions that make no difference. Not Knox, not OJ Simpson, not Scot Peterson, not anyone. They are a ‘chat’ kind of curiosity and no more.

The little psychopath is as guilty as it gets, the evidence is beyond overwhelming or maybe they think bloody footprints from Amandas barefeet was all staged? Yes all the evidence was staged, they took cast molds of her barefeet, dipped it in blood and applied it to the floor because Italian cops have nothing better to do than frame Americans just like OJ. Here is a story with large pictures by one of the media outlets that had been crucifying her in the press. They are continuing by characterizing her family's RELIEF and GRATITUDE at her exoneration as DELIGHT and callous disregard for the victim because they ate food, drank beverages and smiled with joy when their sister and daughter was deemed innocent after an 8-year ordeal.

I don't know if she is guilty or innocent because I haven't read the evidence. But obviously, the evidence and procedure in this case were as botched as was the O J Simpson case, adding pain to the murdered girl's family and casting suspicion over Knox and Sollecito for life. Badly done.
