Is this the ‘burnt sugar’ cake?

No, it’s just my own coffee cake.

I’ve not heard of the burnt sugar cake.

I would think the burnt sugar cake would imply a caramel flavor.

You ever make caramel ? I don’t have much actual experience with caramel.
