Employee to Home Depot: Stop pushing homosexuality

In an open letter to his employer, Home Depot employee Timothy Noffsinger, expressed loud and clear how he feels about the company’s promotion of homosexual behavior.

Besides going against his deeply held religious convictions, Noffsinger, a member of Denver Bible Church, expressed in his letter how its aggressive endorsement of homosexuality in the workplace is detrimental to productivity.

"What would happen if Craig Menear, Chairman and CEO of The Home Depot (THD), were to appear at the next board meeting in lipstick and a wig wearing a skirt and pantyhose?” Noffsinger asked. “In the midst of such absurdity, could the Board of Directors function as though there were nothing wrong and work effectively?”

The Home Depot worker argues that the company demands its employees to deny their Christian beliefs and pledge allegiance to its new LGBT-friendly belief system.

"As a Christian, it is my God-given duty and pleasure to fight against evil by speaking the truth,” Neffsinger asserted. “And as far as Federal Law protects me as a citizen to be a Christian and live accordingly, I expect THD to honor that.

The millions of Christians in American should make it their next project to make homosexual acts illegal - as they always were until a few years ago.

That sounds good in theory, but unfortunately there are far too many so-called Christians that have bought into the LGBT propaganda/theology. To wit, the ELCA adopted the LGBT platform a few years ago, after which I immediately canceled my membership and haven’t been back since. And the Catholic Church isn’t far behind the ELCA.

IMHO, it is no longer about doctrine, faith or The Word, but rather about how to fill the pews with as many people as possible and to He!! with G*d’s Word or Will. It’s a damn shame, and you’ll not have any luck with the PC Christian crowd.

More do-able perhaps, is a grassroots trend basically saying "leave your sex out of it." Much of what is going on is the culture is allowing attention-addicts to act out in every avenue of society. The correct response to any attention addict is just a shrug and a "not interested." If a groundswell of people start doing that, their acting-out ceases being fun or rewarding for them.

I commend him for speaking out, my company is pretty much the same. However, speaking in Godley terms and quoting scripture is the wrong way to attack. The people promoting and allowing these messages to be forced on the Home Depot employees don’t believe in God and actually despise Christianity.

Many of the employees may feel the same as he does but they are not practicing Christians and will likely be turned off by these arguments. IMHO, when fighting this, you should take a more secular route, for example, point out that you are religious and feel attacked and offended but also offer up a more secular argument as to why LGBT is bad. Like how most gay people commit suicide and are depressed and medicated. They are also drug users and carry a massive load of STD’s. They are also way more likely to die of AIDS etc.
