You can prove that?

The state of Hawaii has proven it - by pulling the computerized record from its archives. You can argue with the proof, but you wouldn't win in a court of law. You can produce any document in your possession you want, but it's not valid unless the state says it's got the same record in its possession. That is how fraudulent papers (i.e. fake ID's purchased by illegal aliens) get exposed - the lack of backup in the state archives.

Last I knew, Neil Abercrombie “couldn’t find it” and Loretta Fuddy was dead.

Hawaii is one of the most corrupt RAT havens in the union. I guess you’ll have to show it to us.

Is this now the measure of truth? Whether you can win in a court of law? I dare say the truth of winning in court is that people have to bake cakes for gay weddings.

Pardon me, but I think the truth is not the by-product of winning in court. That is just raw judicial power. It is not the same thing as truth.
