Speaking of reality, you seem to attribute an inordinate amount of power to men and/or none to women (or you think that they a just plain stupid). I’ve never seen a man pour even one daiquiri (or any other drink) down a woman’s throat, let alone a half a dozen. The basis for your argument is fantastical and far from reality. Try again.
No. In the case of the woman getting drunk, she's the one knowingly drinking. In the case of somebody slipping her a roofie, she has NOT knowingly and willingly consumed the drug. That is the crucial difference.
Women need to understand one simple thing: don't get drunk.
I'm tired of the feminist crowd, and their male enablers, absolving women of all responsibility for their actions.
Also, in the cases where women get drunk, have sex, and then have regrets, they generally were conscious of what they were doing. It's one thing to take advantage of a girl passed out in the hallway -- it's quite another thing to have a girl take the initiative to have sex, and then later claim rape when the guy doesn't call her.
The only person here absolving people is you.

Well put; that defense is even used when a thirty year-old female teacher rapes a 15 year-old student. In fact, they won’t even use the word “rape”; they just say she was vulnerable, hated her daddy, or some other nonsense - and they get a slap on the wrist when compared to how male teachers are treated when the roles are reversed.
The fact that Mary Kay Latorneau ever saw the light of day after her first rape of her juvenile baby-daddy was bad enough; that she did it again soon after being released showed the absolute failure of the state to protect society from female sexual predators.
Many states did have the death penalty for rape, but the courts did, and have been, overturning those laws.
