How can any parent allow their child to be raised in that hellhole known as NYC? If that isn’t child abuse, I don’t know what is.
It is all about what neighborhood you live in. If you live in exclusive parts of Manhattan you will never encounter people like that.
Where were the manager and staff of McDonald’s?? This took place inside the restaurant, they couldn’t have been more than a few feet away; why don’t they wade in with brooms and whatever else they can find? Where the hell were the adults?? How anyone can watch this and not only do NOTHING but cheer this mayhem on is beyond me.
