Well, in the interim, I can sell pine straw by the bale. (One good fall raking, and it looks like a front yard of haystacks.) And the pine cones are so prolific, they make great fire starters and Christmas ornaments if you know how to craft and use paraffin properly. The missus and I are thinking about starting a side business making and seasonally selling such......we'll escrow the proceeds for the new roof we may need. LOL
