Obama’s veto of Keystone XL bill is a slap in Canada’s face

The irony here is that 40 years ago it would have been an American pipeline, built by American investors.

I think Obama has succeeded in transforming America.

The environweenies are in Seattle protesting the opening of shipping to terminal 5, 50 acres of port property, for support ships used for exploring for oil off Alaska’s coast. A plan to allow Royal Dutch Shell PLC to use Seattle’s waterfront as a home port for its Arctic drilling fleet is drawing threats of court action. Their spokesman Patti Goldman, Northwest managing attorney for Earthjustice, says they want to block oil that contributes to global warming.

The hoax of Man Made Global Warming is a money maker for these shakedown operations.

Just a quick message to all our friends in the Great White North....Americans who work for a living,thos who pay the bills...have been trying for 6+ years to force our Community Organizer-In-Chief to do what's best for the UNITED STATES.

I suspect TransCanada has more US stock holders than Canadians. It also similar miles of pipelines in the US. The have engineering, operations, etc in the US. Hire US contractors to do much of the work.

Thanks, I suspected that. I’ve been in their Houston Office. I think their miles of pipeline may be greater in the US over Canada. TransCanada may have corporate headquarters in Canada, but they put plenty of Americans to work.
