Apple Is Now More Than Double the Size of Exxon—And Everyone Else
Wall Street Journal Moneybeat ^ | By KEVIN KINGSBURY | By KEVIN KINGSBURY

Just how ginormous is Apple Inc. now?

As the iPhone-maker’s shares continue to set fresh record highs, its market cap is now above $765 billion. Combined with Exxon Mobil Corp.'s pullback over the past six months, Apple has pulled off the rare occurrence of being worth at least double any other publicly traded U.S. company. No. 2 Exxon’s market cap has eased to $374 billion.

USA’s support for Israel has been critical for its survival, and continues to be today.

USA’s support for Israel has been largely illusory. Carter gave us an Islamic Iran and tried very hard to give Israel to Arafat, as did Clinton and GW and now Obama. Now Obama wants to allow Iran to build Nukes. (Personally I would be shocked if they did not already have them)

we better be enforcing those immigration laws and getting these ILLEGAL ALIENS outta here!

About as likely to happen as Apple reviving HyperCard.

I made no mention of either one.

Only indirectly but the point was I doubt if any of the people on the Apple ping list would wonder over to an Android thread to insult the Droid users. I have been on these Apple/Windows threads since before I actually picked a screen name. In fact my screen name was a description of the thread riots over all things evil/stupid about Apple. I looked at the riot and declared "It was a hoot"

The only thing worse on Freerepublic was the Creation/Evolution threads and they were often vile, and so are many of these threads.

I made an observation about an Apple commercial. I said nothing about the products, or the users. The insults started in reply to that.

Your track record as an APPLE-HATER TROLL, on Apple threads, precedes you ... :-) ...

— — —

A little story here ... there was a guy that went through a neighborhood progressively breaking into one house after another. Then one day he appears in front of another house in the neighborhood, studying it, and the owner came out and told him to “GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!”

The guy says, “What?! I haven’t done anything to you!”

LOL ...

Well, I guess we could go around and around as to whether the USA has been critical or not to Israel’s survival. But, there will come a time when Israel won’t have the USA’s support ... and then we’ll see exactly what will happen to Israel. That day is coming soon.

I will take it on faith the FedGov is drain on the economy and breaking free of them is a good thing, both for freedom and economic benefits. I do not have figures on that because I don't think figures are needed.

So unless you contend that FedGov is a economic driver then my point is well made.

nd then we’ll see exactly what will happen to Israel. That day is coming soon.

That day is here and antisemites (such as you seem to be) can go pack sand, because Israel is doing fine.

The USA hasn’t ceased support for Israel today. It’s still a few years off.

Time to hit the (seemingly) endless freeway.

Here is the cost estimate from only one source and it is for the entire USA = $2Trillion.

No one need credit politically motivated attacks like this anymore. The ongoing, actually inexcusable, official uncertainty over the aggregate costs of U.S. federal regulations despite over a decade of Office of Management and Budget reports to Congress on the benefits and costs raises concern, not about those trying to measure, but on the fact that the largest government on earth has no map of itself when it comes to regulation.

Official disclosure needs amplification, and Congress does need to fix the problem.

The new estimate from NAM/Crain and Crain turns out to be $2.028 trillion annually. They break costs up into four main categories (in billions of dollars):

Economic: $1,448

Environmental: $330

Occupational Safety/Heath & Homeland Security: $92

Tax Compliance: $159

-------

I charge 100 dollars/hour for research you will get my bill later.
