That seems to come down from long ago
Two friends having coffee together
When something flies by their window”

I read an article some time ago about an anti-gunner group that was annoyed that a legal gun club was exercising its Second Amendment rights at their range.
The LIEberals put a drone up to “spy” on the gun club, and got really annoyed when the gun club shot the drone down!
The video was nifty!
When someone owns at least several acres of land, I think it will have to be required that people flying drones provide some sort of notification, or obtain permission to fly over someone’s property. No one has any business flying drones around others’ homes and property unless permission is obtained in advance. Trespassing laws, or air space laws of some sort should apply.
If a drone is trespassing, do you have the right to interdict it?
Real question since I live in a high rise, & if I open my curtain to see a drone staring me in the face, can I try to destroy it?
