LONDON -- Although inflation-adjusted defense spending is falling in the U.S. and Europe, global defense outlays rose in 2014, driven by large increases in three countries: China, Russia and Saudi Arabia.

China continues to far outspend its Asian neighbors, with its share of the region's defense spending rising from 28% in 2010 to 38% in 2014, according to the annual Military Balance report from the International Institute for Strategic Studies, a British think tank.

Meanwhile we (America) racked up the largest trade deficit in recorded history, with China last year.

Everything in America seems to be made in China, anymore.

In every single store.

Someone, please stand up for America.

Because the Chicoms and Russkies are preparing for war. That’s the only explanation why they’re cutting all spending but are INCREASING spending, even as their economies are falling, in their military.

China is losing its manufacturing base. Labor cost are rising without the rise in worker productivity and product quality seen in other places

Well just last year, America racked up the largest two-country trade deficit in recorded history:

-342,632,500,000.00. That is a MASSIVE number.

You may say China is losing its manufacturing base.

It certainly doesn’t seem that way, from the numbers.
