“As I learned dating young females in Southern California, vegetarians often eat fast food hamburgers, and fish, chicken, and all kinds of animals, since many of them are totally confused about what a vegetarian is.”

LOL! A young friend and his wife briefly visited a few months ago and the subject of Sushi came up, and she enthused: “Oh I just LOVE Sushi, as long as it’s cooked.” It was very difficult for the adults in the room to keep from breaking up into belly laughs and rolling on the floor.

“The most common reasons in our study were ethical concerns about the treatment of animals (57%), followed by health and environmental reasons (15% each). “

I’ve lost nearly 30 lbs going on a low-carb, high fat/protein diet, with smaller portions used because I don’t get cravings between meals. My cholesterol was taken a month ago...unchanged.

A friend of mine from work went on a strict diet to control his cholesterol on orders from the Fueher, his wife. After a year of eating rabbit food and forgoing the greasy burgers he loved, his cholesterol was: unchanged.
