FIOS is Verizon fiber optic....we switched to that a couple of years ago; no complaints other than being totally unable to reach a real humanoid via phone if you want to axe about something.
Thanks. I have found that on many computer phone prompts if it asks what your issue is, if you say “customer service” or “ need service tech” or the like a lot of times it’ll cut through the BS and send you to a human. Works with ATT and Directv anyway.
