I stand corrected, the source was not a feminazi diatribe against men, but I still take some issue with the notion "men should not say ..." whether it comes from the right or left.
I can express myself any way I damn please.
Even if I have not used that phrase myself, I don't like the restriction.
I agree, "We're expecting" makes sense and is truthful, "We're pregnant" [with the same child] is biologically impossible.

However, you don't get an article published with the concept, "I don't particularly like it when people say ...". It's got a be a rant about how terrible it is that people blahblahblah and it proves they're yadda yadda.
This author is a right-wing man. Funny thing, how a right wing man can say things other men don't agree with, isn't it?
