I just re-joined FR and I would like to post to my local NC state board but I am not able to. How do I get the ability to do that?

I learned as a kid butter on ticker toys makes them slippery but if you mix salt in the butter when it dries it will hold real tight. I didn’t get a chance to try the other spices.
