There is nothing more sacrilegious than a sitting New Jersey governor cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, and when Chris Christie did such an evil thing last month, a Jersey radio host got his revenge. During 94WIPs annual Wing Bowl, The Morning Shows Angelo Cataldi released video from a June interview his show did with Christie, in which the governor completely missed his chair and fell flat onto his backside.
According to 94WIP, Cataldi was appalled by Christies Judasing of the Dallas Cowboys, and took it one step further during Wing Bowl by bringing in a Christie lookalike, as well as a doppelganger of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
Both were vociferously booed.
Sports talk radio, ladies and gentlemen.
VIDEO - Chris Christie Falls Off Chair on his Butt in Embarrassing Video Released by Radio Station
I smell an SNL sketch coming!
So that is why they thought there was an earthquake!
Clint knows how to talk to a chair, maybe he should do a PSA on how to sit in a chair. Perhaps called American Sitter?
Governor facepalm.
New Jersey -
a) people = ok
b) politicians = pathetic, ruthless boobs
I hope he drops out of the Repub nomination race, but I won’t give him crap for this. George W. Bush threw up in the lap of some dignitary - it happens when humans are involved.
Hmmmm..so they were p.o.ed because he was cheering the Cowboys.
What did they do? Armorall the chair so he would slide off?
I don’t like Christie...but I feel sorry for him in regards to this video. Could happen to anyone.
Dayim, they gotta start makin’ bigger chairs to avoid those 3.2 tremors.
He does not know how to sit in a chair.
Gluttony shouldn’t be a conservative trait.
This video is still in the infancy of its viral career. Only 13k views. This could hit a million or so within a week. Just wait until major outlets start playing it
Actually, that was George H. Bush who threw up on the Japanese Prime Minister in Tokyo.
CNN had received mistaken information that George H. Bush had died shortly after the incident.
The CNN anchor interrupted another story he was doing and started saying in an excited voice, “This just in....”
Just then, a voice off camera, knowing that George H. Bush was alive and well, started shouting at the anchor, “STOP! STOP!” And the anchor stopped speaking before he announced the “death” of President George H. Bush.
The anchor then said to the camera, “We almost reported some disturbing information about President Bush,” or similar words. It was bizarre.
I feel this is mean. I have never enjoyed laughing when people fall.
That was George H. W. Bush, and a more dignified person it would be hard to find. But, yeah he totally barfed in the lap of some Japanese Pol at some super fancy dinner.
It wasn’t the food, let me hasten to add!
A friend told me a funny story about a similar incident he saw on the NYC subway once.
Rush hour, packed train to Brooklyn and some poor gal suddenly throws up into the lap of this extremely orthodox Jewish man who is sitting in the seat in front of her. He looks up at her and asks, not unsympathetically, “You didn’t get a warning?”
Cataldi is the jerk who sat there and let Bozo get away with saying “ My grandmother is a typical white person” way back in the primary ‘08 season. I hope Christie sues him and the station.
Waiting for the animated gif.
Is the chair okay?
Hillary fell on her way into a plane
