Wingate was eventually convicted of unlawfully using a weapon under a plea deal in which the charge would be dismissed if he had no other offenses for two years.

An old guy with a cane - when he got a state legislator involved, that was when the lawless prosecutors "saw the light".

I hope he gets $275,000, instead of $75,000.

The Seattle taxpeasants need to get the government they voted for good and hard.
