Not familiar with that show...
It is partly cloudy and 65-since most people will be inside with eyes glued to a TV later, and the trails and woods will be empty, I’m going to go to the deli to get a turkey, cheese and veggie pita to have for dinner, put it in the fridge and hike the trail upriver.
I’ll have the woods all to myself-the only noise will be the rapids and the birds, and I can look for tracks of the mountain lion I heard last night-I want to see how close the thing was to our yards and fences. When I get back, I can just take my pita out of the fridge for dinner-a perfect afternoon...
Snowing here already. Negotiating with DH to stay home instead of traveling an hour and a half to Superbowl party.
That sounds wise to me-I do not travel in precipitation-frozen or liquid-unless absolutely necessary. And 1 1/2 hours one way would be no way unless there was money at the end of it...
I won. We are staying home.
I’m going to get that pita, food and treats for the pets from the dollar store, and back to go hiking-stay safe in that snow...
