Comcast apologizes for changing customer's billing name to profanity

Our DSL is through frontier.
Twc tried to give us an offer.
Comcast is not available in my immediate area.
Satellite is a possibility.
Of the available options, frontier was the one who made the cut.

I don’t know the details. He had a fall from up around the roof and I guess the cable guy was worried that there was a lawsuit on the way. My friend is a big liberal and didn’t want the guy to lose his job.

It’s a tough call. Do you call the cable company and ask for a bill? That would get the cable guy in trouble and he’d probably lose his job. I wouldn’t call the cable company. But then I wouldn’t get cable. I don’t have a television.

Frontier isn't an option near me. I went with a local provider, they seem to be doing fine. I like keeping my dollars local; the guy who did the work just lives up the road from me.

And, they're a lot cheaper than TWC. :-)

Local company contracted out with Frontier, so it was cheaper to cut the middleman out.
