Three of my dogs, including Odin, could probably adapt to another person, if necessary.
Seven, I’m not so sure, which is an upgrade from not that long ago when I’d have said “Oh, hell, no.”.
She’s getting better as she matures.
She used to loathe every living human except us but since I’ve started training her as a support dog, she’s suddenly decided that when “on duty”, humans are to be tolerated.
I never would have imagined she’d ever get this much “sense”, apparently of her own accord.
