How is iOS 8 doing on iPad 2s these days? I know when it first came out, lots of people said it was slow. But now that it’s up to 8.1.2, I wonder if the performance is good.

I haven’t updated my iphone due to the fact that I have to delete or upload to the cloud all my info. Way too much trouble.

Fortunately, iOS 8.1.3 is only a small update, so it should have little effect on performance. The next big iOS update will likely be iOS 8.2, which will add Apple Watch support.

Last update was a resource muncher, and slowed my IPad down. Why should I trust them this time?
