I'd rather have an Airstream. It already has the shell, and its portable too!

There are light tubes, 18" dia. w/ mirrored interiors that funnel an incredible amount of light into the rear rooms as well as opening roof window in the bedroom. It is really quite illuminated. You can see one of the tubes in this kitchen shot.

This is a photo from the front, of course, taken shortly after it was built, a lot has changed since, but you get the idea.

France recently abolished the law that outlawed toilets in the kitchen

You have to have an enclosed space OUTSIDE the cube to contain this cubitat.

Remember when Rev. Al’s body and head size looked more or less normal in size? What happened? Now his head is huge and his body looks tiny. Could he have lost that much weight?

Of course...as I surmised earlier, 27’x37’ ought to do it comfortably.

Thanks. Utilities are very reasonable. Geothermal infloor heat, geothermal air through the air exchanger ducts. There is also a fireplace for SHTF or atmosphere.
